international food trendy decoration old system room cleaning
The rooftop restaurant provided a nice choice of international food. I also appreciated the trendy decoration of the room, it was something different. The location was convenient and easy to access. I thought the front desk staff was helpful.
I found the service to be lacking . The room cleaning occurred only every third day, not ideal for me. The room card system was old, and I had to get the card reprogrammed multiple times. I didn't like it

missing thermostat unrestocked minibar
My stay had a few bumps. My room lacked a thermostat for temperature control. Street noise kept me up at night, and one morning I got a wake-up call I never requested. The bathroom layout felt impractical, and the minibar only came with a few items that were not restocked.

good selection comfy beds aggressive employee unhelpful staff
the breakfast had very good ingredients and a good selection. comfy beds were provided and the room had nice storage in the bathroom. i found this to be a good stay.
the front desk employees i encountered upon arrival were not helpful. one of them was aggressive when asking for my id. i also heard that they said to come and get water myself when i called the reception to ask if you could send water to the room.

great benefit kind staff food quality
the restaurant was excellent i particularly enjoyed the food quality the staff was very kind the availability of bicycles for moving around the city is a great benefit i used them often the front desk staff was always kind and accommodating to all my requests
my room was a bit dark some of the lights were not working

central location urban room street noise thermostat absence
the location was very central and convenient for exploring the city.
the room lacked a thermostat to adjust the temperature. street noise was quite noticeable late into the night due to the window being open.
